If you create an account or submit an application through our platform, you are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

Application Process

Submitting a rental application does not guarantee approval or placement. All applications are subject to review by the landlord’s management team, including background checks and program verification. Application fees are non-refundable and cover processing costs regardless of the outcome.

We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion, in compliance with all applicable fair housing laws and regulations.

Prohibited Activities

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any application or communication
• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations
• Use our services for any fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the functionality, security, or performance of our website

Payment Terms
