Yes. The application fee covers processing and handling. Payment of the fee does not guarantee acceptance by any landlord.

Yes. You may submit one application per apartment you are interested in.

After submission, the landlord's management team reviews applications over 2 to 4 weeks. If selected, you will be contacted by phone, text, or email. If you have not been contacted within 4 weeks, your application was not selected.

Applications are forwarded directly to the landlord's management team. Please do not call the office for updates. If you are selected for an interview, you will be contacted within 2 to 4 weeks.

We process a high volume of applications daily. If you have not heard from our office, please allow 1 to 2 business days for a response by phone, text, or email.

A final decision is typically reached within 2 weeks of your interview. If you have not received a follow-up call within that time, you were not selected.

Once approved, we begin the paperwork process, which typically takes about one week to complete.

The full move-in process takes approximately 4 to 8 weeks from approval. This includes city and program paperwork, multi-agency approvals, and a unit inspection.

All viewings take place during our scheduled open house dates and times. Private showings are not available.

Our team is available Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Staff may be unavailable during federal holidays.

The office is by appointment only and is not open to walk-in visits.
